Advanced neuromonitoring, end to end.

Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM)

Intraoperative neuromonitoring continuously assesses the health of the nervous system while a patient is under anesthesia. By tracking the integrity of neural pathways in real time, IONM gives the surgical team early warning of changes that could put a patient's neurological function at risk.

Our team brings the full range of monitoring modalities to each case and tailors the approach to the procedure, so the surgeon has the information they need exactly when it matters most.

  • Somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEP)
  • Transcranial motor evoked potentials (MEP)
  • Spontaneous and triggered electromyography (EMG)
  • Electroencephalography (EEG)
  • Brainstem auditory evoked responses (BAER)

Real-Time Physician Oversight

Every case is supported by a credentialed oversight physician monitoring the data in real time. The moment a meaningful change appears, it is interpreted and communicated to the surgical team — turning raw signal into actionable guidance.

Pairing an on-site, credentialed technologist with remote physician oversight means each procedure has two layers of expert attention focused on protecting the patient.

  • Board-certified / board-eligible oversight physicians
  • Instant interpretation and alerting
  • Direct communication with the surgical team
  • Credentialed on-site technologists
  • Thorough case documentation and reporting

Procedure Coverage

Mind Sync supports the procedures where the nervous system is most at risk — from complex spinal fusions and decompressions to scoliosis correction, cranial cases, interventional pain procedures such as spinal cord stimulator (SCS) placement, and selected peripheral-nerve and vascular procedures.

We coordinate scheduling, credentialing, and facility requirements ahead of time so coverage is reliable and seamless on the day of surgery — in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings.

  • Spinal fusion and decompression
  • Scoliosis and deformity correction
  • Cranial and brain procedures
  • Pain — spinal cord stimulator (SCS) placement, trials, and implants
  • Peripheral nerve procedures
  • Reliable scheduling and credentialing coordination
